Enter Group is a service company focused in the alternative scene
- music, leisure and urban style- and young culture. Their
activities cover several fields.
They have their own booking agency, where they manage all the details
of the shows being sold to their customers interested in their
artists and at the same time they produce events in which they
take control of absolutely everything. Another function is to
provide with specialised services to brands and companys involving
several areas:

Record and merchandising production.

Marketing campaigns.

Artist booking.

EnterGroup rules everything related with the creation of a musical
event so that they asked Zentense to build an application allowing
them to control every aspect of a production of this kind.
The challenge for this project was to develop software capable
of providing a fast and efficient result for events with less
than ten implied people but also for the case of a festival
with more than a hundred staff.

To solve this case, Zentense created an Intranet reproducing
the habitual work flow in event production, controlled by
MicroZoo's publication module:
Migala.

Enter Booking allows to manage confortably an event of any size
keeping up to date all contact data needed, managing payment
and expenses, generating riders with useful information,
organizing travels and accomodation, etc etc

The application has been used to produce events with more than 40,000
visitors and with hundreds of artist and workers involved on it.
