2step is a web application development environment. Fits well from simple
aplications to large and complex applications. 2step applications are pure
Java servlets, and that means lots of available technologies, tools and
libraries for doing anything you wish through the Java platform.
2step has been designed for and is being used in high availability production
environments, serving thousands of pages each day.
The environment includes development tools, servlet engine and a web server (jetty)
so you can begin developing and serving web applications with 2step and a Java
SDK, but it can also work with Apache, IIS, Tomcat, etc.
2step is open source. No licences or fees, or evaluation periods. There is
an Eclipse plug-in for developing 2step applications from this popular IDE.
